Description: The height attributes are calculated according to USGS LiDAR point cloud data of 2011 and 2018. Since LiDAR data of 2018 only cover the north county, some new constructed buildings after 2011 on south county have no building height entries but ground elevations which are calculated using LiDAR data of 2011.
Following is the description of three height attributes.
GroundElev: the ground elevation/latitude of a building, in Foot_US.
MaxHeight: the maximum height of the building above the ground, in Foot_US.
MeanHeight: the mean height of the building above the ground elevation, in Foot_US.
"Address", "City" and "Zipcode" attributes are assigned according to "OC_Address_Point" of OCFA, where some new constructed buildings have not been coded.
