Description: This data contains 16,774 footprints that have been built from year 2011 through year 2018, and also include the existing buildings with more structures than in 2011. The height attributes are calculated according to USGSLiDAR point cloud dataset "ca2018_wildfires_index" at https://chs.coast.noaa.gov. Some buildings have no height values due to there's no point cloud tiles at their locations. Following is the description of three height attributes. ABS_HT: the foot elevation/latitude of a building, in Foot_US. Maximum_Height: the distance from the highest point to the foot of a building, in Foot_US. Mean_Height: the distance from the average elevation point to the foot of a building, in Foot_US. "Address", "City" and "Zipcode" attributes are assigned according to "OC_Address_Point" of OCFA, where some buildings have not been coded.
