Description: Data was clipped from original dissolved SCAG 2012 unpublished land use data using catch basin watersheds. The data was then QCed using google street view. Fields that were likely to change such as land uses that were under construction, were checked using streetview and satellite imagery in google earth. Residential land uses were analyzed for housing density by spatially joining it with points derived from a parcel data set.
