Puerto Rico Emergency Management Bureau’s (PREMB) feature class for Municipal Emergency Management Offices as collected prior to 2010. As of 2020, feature class was updated with validated information for all of Branch 2, within Puerto Rico Joint Recovery Office (PRJRO) structure. In Spanish, these facilities are called OMME = “Oficina Municipal para el Manejo de Emergencias”.

UPDATE: As of June 16, 2023; All locations have been validated and updated, with feedback from PREMB Zone managers, and support from FEMA’s Federal Integration Team (FIT). Office phone numbers were updated as provided by three (3) PREMB Zones: Caguas, Guayama and San Juan. The other seven (7) PREMB Zones have the phone numbers provided during 2020.
