Description:

This shapefile is intended to be used as part of a general database by the Springfield-Sangamon County Regional Planning Commission (SSCRPC). This shapefile shows the general location of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts in the City of Springfield. All data is from the City of Springfield. The location of the boundaries for each TIF District are approximate, and may contain inaccuracies.

FIELDS

OBJECTID_1 is a unique identifying number given to each feature in the shapefile.

SHAPE identifies what type of feature each item is. They should all be polygons.

TIFDISTNAME is the name of each TIF District.

STARTDATE identifies the starting date of each TIF District.

ENDDATE identifies the date when each TIF District will expire.

EXTENDEDDA identifies the date that a TIF District was extended.

ENDDATE_1 identifies the end date of a TIF District if it has been extended.

REVISIONS identifies when any revisions were made to each feature. All should be current as of 5/1/2019.

Shape_Length identifies the length of the perimeter of each feature in feet.

Shape_Area identifies the area of each feature in square feet.
