Description: ECI Hosted Feature Service. This feature service is consumed by the ECI (Environmental Compliance Inspections) application. It exposes a number of ECI-specific and general DWW-related layers, and is intended to be used for querying/identifying ECI and DWW features by the ECI application. It is paired up with the matching ECI Vector Tile Service which is used for displaying the features. The ECI application is currently owned by Erik Lust, and maintained by Emory Horvath.
