CNN: San Francisco's street centerline network unique ID;
STREETNAME: Street name in upper case;
FROM_ST: One end of the block;
TO_ST: One end of the block;
FACILITY_T: Identifies the bikeway facility based on national bikeway functional classification (CLASS I, CLASS II, CLASS III, CLASS IV);
DIRECT: Number of directions on that block (1W or 2W);
SURFACE_TR: Additional surface treatments;
BARRIER: Identifies the barrier type for separated bikeways (CONCRETE, PARKING, SAFE HIT POSTS);
NOTES: Additional notes;
DIR: Direction that the facility travels in;
DOUBLE: 0 = one side of the street; 1 = other side of the street (note: this attribute can be removed after DIR attribute values are complete);
FY: Fiscal year feature was installed;
QTR: Fiscal quarter feature was installed;
STREET_: Street name and type in proper case;
LENGTH: Length of feature in miles;
NUMBER_: Historical bike route number;
SHAPE: type of feature;
CREATED_USER: user who created the feature;
CREATED_DATE: date that the feature was created;
LAST_EDITED_USER: user who last edited the feature;
LAST_EDITED_DATE: date that the feature was last edited;
INSTALL_YR: Year feature was installed for the first time;
INSTALL_MO: Month feature was installed for the first time;
UPDATE_YR: Year feature was last upgraded;
UPDATE_MO: Month feature was last upgraded;
SYMBOLOGY: Used to symbolize different facility types (SEPARATED BIKEWAY, BIKE LANE, BIKE ROUTE, NEIGHBORWAY, BIKE PATH)
SHARROW: 1 = at least one sharrow present; if > 1, the number represents the number of sharrows printed;
BUFFERED: YES = facility has painted buffer
RAISED: YES = facility features raised bikeway
CONTRAFLOW: YES = facility travels in opposite direction of vehicular flow;
GREENWAVE: YES = segment part of greenwave
BIAP: YES = facility features back in angled parking
SM_SWEEPER: YES = small street sweeper needed
SHAPE.LEN: length of feature in feet
INROW: segment is in MTA right-of-way (1 = in right-of-way; 0 = not in right-of-way)
RECOMMENDED: indicates whether the bikeway is recommended based on bikeway comfort for a "concerned but interested" rider
