Description: Method:Boundaries were initially created using Census Block Assignment files.Boundaries were moved around residences as per SB 3005 (2011 Third Special Session).Changes were made as per HB 286 (2012 general session) wherein county clerks requested changes be made to political boundaries to align with local boundaries or to prevent small voting precincts. This bill also allowed political boundaries to be moved to accurately represent municipal boundaries.
