Description: Water flows are represented by polylines, and are not always spatially accurate. The flows are, in essence, diagrams of water flow models that are broken up by subareas, which are similar to HUC 12 watersheds. Flows can be natural or man-made. Flows can break hydrologic rules and be carried over higher elevations, due to pumping and tunnels. The models are part of the Division of Water Resources' Water Budget.
