Use block-addressing Block records where SBI submission date falls within the current or previous month
Records with spatial data have been snapped to the midpoint of the closest centerline (street.)

Traffic Stop Statistics will be available to the public 30 days after the close of the prior month. Therefore, APD will also wait to publish its data to align with the State’s publication date.

Collectively the data is made up of two views. The first is the traffic stops with spatial data starting October 01, 2017 when the Asheville Police Department began collecting the stop location coordinates and address blocks. The second is the traffic stops prior to October 01, 2017, where there is no location information.
