Description: As part of the Headwaters to Floodplains Program (H2F), this data is for spatial representation of NFIP communities that have adopted or are in the process of adopting CA Floodplain Management Model Ordinance. Tables produced by the Floodplain Assistance Unit were linked to geospatial city boundaries for representation and planning purposes. Geospatial boundary source: City boundaries from California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection's Fire and Resource Assessment Program (FRAP) incorporated city boundaries 2019, derived from digital capture of every annexation as they are sent to CAL FIRE from the state Board of Equalization.
