Description: This has been derived from the MapInfo tab file names, "2-05_Administrative_region". Then the priority districts were derived using page 25 of the Final Inception Report of the SMSMCL project in which the smaller islands of Lalomanu, Salitoa were dissociated from the main district to conform with the map of page 25.This is an exact copy of "prioritydistricts_s.shp", but this current GIS layer shows clusters of districts according to location and proximity. It also shows the prioirty villages encompassed by a corresponding priority district. As of April 28, 2016 the SMSMCL team included Taga Village in the list of priority villages with priority label "Phase 1" and also correspondingly has a prioirity district Palauli West. This is in replacement of Gataivai Village, which opted out of the project, but is retained here for future map reference.
