This SEGS content item depicts the Median Height Above Nearest Drainage (HAND) by Block Group for the continental United States, developed by RTI and EPA. These data were downloaded from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory Continental Flood Inundation Mapping Data Repository for HAND and processed by RTI to calculate median HAND values for each Block Group.
