Description: This Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) feature layer includes all active NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) permitted POTWs that are included in the Water ICAT App. Water ICAT is an interactive map that helps users identify drinking water and wastewater utilities that may benefit from water infrastructure technical assistance or capacity development assistance.
This feature layer is not intended to be used as a stand-alone product, instead it is used as a source layer for the Publicly Owned Treatment Works Map and Water ICAT App.
