Description: <ul>This set of designated Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) census tracts was published by Department of the Treasury, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund on December 14, 2018. QOZ tracts are determined by meeting a &quot;low-income community&quot; (LIC) or non-LIC tract is contiguous to an LIC tract and it's median family income does not exceed 125% of the median family income of the contiguous LIC. See https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-drop/rp-18-16.pdf for more information. </ul><ul>This Feature Layer identifies census tracts that have been designated as Qualified Opportunity Zones and contains additional data of potential interest to users who are seeking revitalization-oriented information about these tracts.
