Description: This service provides regularly updated Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste site data from the RCRAInfo GIS Module. Data are refreshed nightly from RCRAInfo, U.S. EPA’s comprehensive data system that supports implementation of RCRA and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) of 1984. The data in the GIS Module is intended for site areas other than the Site Location point. Please see the RCRA Hazardous Waste Handlers Service for site locations based upon Site Identification Form (EPA Form 8700-12) data. Geospatial data are submitted by government agencies and regulated industry and available to the public via these services. Additional data is available on the Hazardous Waste Information Platform ( https://rcrapublic.epa.gov/rcra-hwip/).
