This service provides regularly updated Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste handlers data to support the U.S. EPA RCRA Hazardous Waste and PCB Facility Map and U.S. EPA RCRA Hazardous Waste Facility Analysis Map. A RCRA hazardous waste handler in this service is in the RCRAInfo “active” universe or the U.S. EPA’s RCRA corrective action tracking list. Data are refreshed nightly from RCRAInfo, U.S. EPA’s comprehensive data system that supports implementation of RCRA and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA) of 1984. Data are submitted by government agencies and regulated industry and available to the public on RCRAInfo Web. This service provides handler point locations based upon Site Identification Form (EPA Form 8700-12) location data.
