Service Description: This feature class depicts parcels within Phase II Santa Maria Ranch subdivision. The parcels were surveyed as part of the subdivision's development. The feature class includes the article of the Covenants Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) addressing the potential soil contamination that might be found on the property and the limitations of the findings and conditions related to future soil excavation on the parcel.

Description: The purpose of this study is a preliminary, pre-construction investigation to determine the concentration and extent of potential CRMS contamination before extensive earthwork and construction begins.
Lyon County parcel data was used as basis for this feature class. Each parcel's sample results were used in determining if a durable notification mechanism (DNM) was required for that property. Several attribute fields were added to this feature class to indicate the DNM assigned in the SMR CC&Rs to each parcel, as well as links to the relevant section in the CC&Rs (if applicable), no further action letter (if applicable), the soil analytical results document, and the sampling location map.
