Lyon County parcel data was used as basis for this feature class. Dayton Land Developer, L.L.C., in agreement with EPA and NDEP, created an article in the subdivision's CC&Rs describing the potential soil contamination and the limitations of the soil sampling work performed during construction and grading as well as conditions and notifications necessary prior to perforing excavation greater than 2 feet below existing grade. Several attribute fields were added to this feature class on a parcel basis to reference the CC&R applicable to the CRMS, as well as links to the applicable article in the CC&R document, no further action letter (if applicable), the soil analytical results document, and the sampling location map.
