Service Description: A transmission line must be constructed and installed between the Manatee and Sarasota Counties, located in southwestern Florida. This project is to provide electricity to the community east of I-75 for residential and commercial use. However, the construction will damage the current landscape to lay the transmission line using large steel poles to cover miles of territory. The objective of this project is to consider the best way of laying the transmission line while avoiding as much damage as possible. Using GIS analysis, we are going to establish the most efficient way to solve this problem.
