Description: Group 2 Polygon representing Mountaintop Removal in the Southern Appalachian Mountains with major rivers labeled in the vacinity of this study area. As a group we analyzed four separate landsat images of the study area and ultimately compiled them into this group MTR polygon. Some of the data required a redo which caused some setbacks but once corrected the whole picture made sense and shows the area of mining activity and its effects of the surrounding environment and communities.
