Description: The Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) was delineated using high resolution drone imagery, flown at 200 ft with a 1"sensor (Phantom 4 Pro V2.). The OHWM was delineated along color differences in the sand or along the edge of bulkhead walls that were waterward of OHWM. This was verified for assumption accuracy by certified wetland delineation staff and City staff. Where the shoreline was not visible under tree canopy, the delineation represents a best guess using adjacent parcels with visible OHWM lines.
