This Feature Class contains 1FT Contours derived from FY2017 USGS-QL1 LiDAR data collected by the Southwest Florida Water Management District in cooperation with Haines City and the City of WInter Haven. Additional LiDAR were collected by the District to assess the WInter Haven Chain of Lakes.

This Feature Class was constructed using an Esri-ArcGIS 10.4.1 workflow which included; (1) generating a 10' x 10' cell-size DEM with interpolated breaklines for Hydrological, Waterbody features and building pads, (2) removing contours less than 400' in length, and (3) generalizing the contours to obtain smooth linework.
