A GMA is an area within which parcels with similar characteristics will sell for similar prices. It is not necessary for all properties within a GMA to be similar. GMAs can be combined into larger areas of comparability for more unusual property types. GMAs are defined by our evaluation staff and are frequently updated or changed in response to evolving market conditions.

GMA: This is a unique 4 alpha numeric characters created by the Office of Property Assessment to identify a specific neighborhood.
