Description: The File contains detailed prioritization results for two-lane rural road segments across all Nine Districts, including crash data, computed risk scores, and risk categories.
 Key fields include:
  1. Statewide Risk Score and Category –The top 5% (95–100 percentile), next 10% (85–95 percentile), and next 15% (70–85 percentile) of risk rankings at the statewide level.
  2. Districtwide Risk Score and Category – The top 5% (95–100 percentile), next 10% (85–95 percentile), and next 15% (70–85 percentile) of risk rankings at the districtwide level.
  3. Crash History – Includes counts of total and roadway departure crashes (KABCO and KABC) for each segment.
  4. Review History and Existing Treatments – Includes indicators for segments that were previously reviewed, and presence of Center Line Rumble Strips (CLRS), Edge Line Rumble Strips (ELRS), Safety Edge, and Curve Delineation measures.
  5. Curves: It includes the same risk scores, ranks, and attributes as the “All Segments” tab, but allows districts to focus specifically on horizontal curves.
