Description: This data set contains the jurisdiction boundaries for the 84 cities and towns in the Commonwealth of Virginia that are a part of the UMIS program. It provides information on VDOT districts and residencies. This layer was formed by joining the base boundary polygon layer provided by VGIN to a table of VDOT business data, and then filtering down to only the pertient 84 jurisdictions.
