Description: This hosted feature service was published for use in the Minnesota Bikeways application. Its main purpose is to provide additional information regarding traffic stress to the users of the application. Level of Traffic Stress (LTS) is a metric used to evaluate how "stressful" a given street is to bike on, based on physical attributes of the roadway and bicycle facilities, if any. The LTS process ingests a variety of roadway characteristics, such as the presence or absence of bike facilities, numbers of lanes, and roadway speeds, and assigns a value of 1 (lowest stress) to 4 (highest stress) to street segments based on these characteristics.
