Description: This feature class represents cadastral data for the island of Saipan as of late 2015. The parcels were imported to the geodatabase from a CAD file provided by the CNMI Department of Public Lands. Owner information and other attributes were associated with the polygons by joining the CAD annotation to the geodatabase polygons. Topological errors (dangles, unclosed polygong, etc.) were also corrected to make the feature class suitable for GIS analysis.
