Description: The Washington Habitat Connectivity Action plan (WAHCAP) identified 12 Connected Landscapes of Statewide Significance (CLOSS) that provide the foundation for maintaining large-scale ecological connectivity across the major ecological regions of Washington. The Connected Landscapes are broad conceptual pathways, showing general zones where efforts should focus to maintain and enhance connectivity, not precise routes. Connected Landscapes of Regional Significance (CLORS) provide critical redundancy and resilience to the statewide connected landscapes network.
