This layer tracks the City of Norman Center City Form Based Code Required Build Line. A line or plane indicated on the regulating plan of the Center City Form Based Code, defining the street frontage which extends vertically and generally parallel to the street, at which the building facade shall be placed. This is a requirement, not a permissive minimum.
