This layer tracks the City of Norman Center City Form Based Code Project Area.

Entire area studied as a part of the Center city vision project that ultimately produced the Center City Form Based Code. It includes the campus corner exemption area. The exemption area will not be required to follow the form based code until provision for certain public improvements are made.
