This layer tracks locations of the Stream Planning Corridor areas. The Stream Planning Corridor (SPC) is sometimes also referred to as the 100-year full buildout floodplain. The corridor includes stream segments whose watershed drainage area greater than 40 acres. Development orsignificant land disturbance is prohibited within the SPC. There are several exemptions and additional setbacks required which are outlined in the City of Norman Storm Water Master Plan which was developed by engineering consultants PBS&J in 2009.
