Description: Depicts approximate boundaries within which seagrass may be present (estuarine waters within all coastal counties of Florida except for Nassau, Duval, St Johns, Flagler and Volusia north of Ponce Inlet). Created by comparison to other datasets depicting location of seagrass based on aerial or other observations. Polygons were selected from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's National Wetland Inventory dataset whose Cowardin attribute were either E1 (Estuarine Subtidal), E2AB (Estuarine Intertidal Aquatic bed) or M1AB (Marine Subtidal Aquatic Bed).
