Service Description: Point locations of Regulatory Pre-Application site locations, for use by SJRWMD staff in geospatial identification of existing locations not already a part of completed Consumptive Use or Environmental Regulation Permits. Two attributes are known at time of edit: The item number (CMPLNC_ITEM_ID) and the permitting rule type (RULE_TYPE), which in this feature class is abbreviated simply to 'CUP' or 'ERP'. Remaining attributes are populated through a scripted query, automated to update week days after business hours.
