Service Description: BetterStreets2Neighborhoods (BS2N) is a program dedicated to preserving asphalt roadways throughout the Precinct. Improvements include restoring the base, overlaying it with new asphalt for a brand new, smooth riding surface, and then finishing it off with striping.
You may be wondering how we pick the roads. Answer - our Road and Bridge department regularly assess roadways and their conditions to identify the best candidates. The roads are then grouped together to create maintenance packages for efficient repair and follow-up maintenance schedules.
