Neighborhoods are defined by compellation of social constructs and census tract data. The definition is not synonymous with subdivisions, and neighborhood planning efforts may update neighborhood boundaries. A single neighborhood may be made up of multiple subdivisions and a single subdivision may naturally split into multiple neighborhoods.
