Site schedules are subject to change. In cases of severe weather or holidays, food scrap drop-off sites may be closed early or canceled. Please note that some FSDO sites do not accept fall leaves. 

Items that are accepted at some neighborhood drop-off sites differ from the organic materials that we pick up from buildings that receive curbside organics collection. 

This data is collected from various organizations who operate public food scrap drop-off sites. These organizations include non-profit partners funded by DSNY and organizations who operate public food scrap drop-off sites independently to serve their local neighborhoods and communities.

Each record in the dataset represents one food scrap drop-off site location. Please be advised that this dataset changes frequently due to FSDO schedules changing with the season, relocating, opening, or closing.
