Citywide DSNY frequency boundaries for collection operations (refuse, recycling, organics, bulk items). These boundaries are sub-divisions of DSNY sections.

This dataset is revised from the previous version to show the DSNY collection operations on a granular level. Each frequency polygon is digitized with the boundaries coincident with the CSCL Centerline and/or street curb segments from 2016 Planimetrics.

If a CSCL segment is completely within a frequency boundary, it implies that it is serviced entirely by that frequency. If a CSCL segment is coincident with the frequency boundary, it implies that it is a shared responsibility between adjacent frequencies.
