I converted the Sentinel dNBR to match the BARC thresholds and uploaded two tile layers. The first simply rescales the default BARC thresholds from the GTR (I picked the high and low from the histogram). The second is adjusted based on my interpretation of the imagery. It is a simple process to change the thresholds. Perhaps we could use some of the interpretation from the recon flights to make further refinements. Once some field/plot data is available we could follow the GTR to do something more precise.
There are some differences between this Sentinel 2 base BARC and the published maps, which I assume use landsat. The maps also seem to make adjustments for pre-fire vegetation conditions. A mask of rock, water, and recent clearcuts could be used to refine the sentinel data. The other thing could be adjusted for is the differences in spectral response between the two image dates due to seasonal drought.
