Service Description: Instrumental Intensity for Cascadia Subduction Zone Ensemble in the OSHD Release 1.0
The instrumental intensity in this study is used to provide hazard information that is more useful to a wide audience. This ensemble of 30 megathrust rupture scenarios calculated with a range of parameters to encompass the likely variability of actual Cascadia events model provides a better representation of the total hazard faced at a given location.
