Level of Service Analysis analysis run based on parks and greenways system and OSM network as of 7/15/2021. Slight modifications were done to the OSM network (pulled from
interline) to include greenway trails that are note yet constructed but will be in the near future.
Social Equity is based on data from the 2019 American Community Survey.
Population values are based on 2021 estimates from Esri.
High Frequency Transit scores are based on GoRaleigh's 2030 build-out plan.
BRT scores are based on the latest possible alignments.
Growth centers are from the comp plan update.
