Data was extracted from the Volpe provided python script on 8-6-2020.

The topology was checked and cleaned by 8-25-2020.

The state of Tennesee was QC'ed for data discrepancies on 9-8-2020. 4 entries on I 0026 are not in the file since they overlap with the phfs_nonphfs file

On 10-13-2020 New Mexico CUCR was added to data. The original Colorado CUCR has been removed and has been updated with new geometry provided by the state. Before adding the geometry the data was run through an edited version of the Volpe python script.

On 12-30-2020 Pennsylvania CUCR was added to the data.
