Description: This is a polygon showing the Neighbourhood boundaries. A new polygon is created when a neighbourhood is identified. If there is a neighbouhood name on the survey plan, that neighbourhood is created and takes precedence if there is a discrepancy. Neighbourhoods may also be created if a Neighbourhood Naming Application is received and approved.Concept Schemes are also considered neighbourhoods and should be used in conjunction with this layer.
