Service Description: This dataset shows the 40-acre spacing exceptions approved by the Oil and Gas commission. Owned by the Arizona Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AZOGCC) and administered by ADEQ, this dataset is used to inform operators, the public, and permitting staff of the variances. Dataset is updated irregularly as new areas are approved and designated.
