The dataset is generalized to protect the locations of archaeological sites. Archaeological sites are classified as protected under State GRAMA and federal NHPA and exempted under federal FOIA.
The dataset was created to promote compliance with State and federal cultural resource laws.
Use of this dataset will not meet an agencies cultural resource compliance obligations. Please contact the UTSHPO for more information.
